Free standard domestic shipping for orders above AUD88. Shipping is available to any address is Australia, however there may be restrictions to certain areas. 

Shipping policy

The order processing time is different from shipping time. All orders (except for pre-orders) are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

There could be potential delay due to postal service problems that are outside of our control, but we will try our best to assist you.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Standard

We offer $7.99 flat rate for standard domestic shipping if your order does not exceed AUD88. Free standard shipping above AUD88.

Express

We offer $13.99 flat rate for express postage within Australia.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store in Melbourne Central(Site Opposite CottonOn, Ground Level, Melbourne Central, Melbourne, Victoria, 3000. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order(expect for pre-orders) will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10am-7pm everyday except for public holidays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries. Please reach us before placing your order so that we can come up with a best offer for you.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at mybeautylabaus@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We do not accept returns due to the nature of our product, please check our Return Policy for more information. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at mybeautylabaus@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
